Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the date you placed your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the contract through a clear and explicit communication (via email).
To validate your cancellation request, it is sufficient to send your notification before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal


If you decide to cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive shipping method than the standard option we offer), without undue delay.

The refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you explicitly agree to another method. Under no circumstances will this refund incur any additional costs for you.
